Jen is absolutely wonderful. She averted total crisis by arranging a beautiful bouquet for a graduation gift after I totally dropped the ball on planning. She prepared a beautiful arrangement and it was delivered in time to be a perfect surprise. Even with less than ideal timing, she asked for insight into my friend's taste to tailor a customized bouquet for her major milestone. Thoughtful, responsive, and a joy to work with. I will only be buying arrangements from her as long as my friend is in the area!

Jen knows flowers! We designed my wife's bouquet over the phone, as she named each type of flower in her design. It sounded spectacular. That vision was far exceeded by the reality! It must have weighed 20 lbs. and each flower was gorgeous! The freshness and the style of the arrangement were the best I've ever seen and I've bought a lot of flowers over the years. Jen, you are my new go-to florist! Thank you, Ron

I placed an online order to be delivered the next day for my friend's birthday. Called her late afternoon and she had not received them. Called Jen's and was told they "tried to deliver " earlier and would make second attempt. No calls to either of us. When she received them later, they were NOT what I ordered, and the card was incomplete and did not even have the accurate names on it. I called and complained and she said they didn't have the flowers I ordered so she made up what she had. NO call to me to tell me that, as I would have cancelled the order and got something from somewhere else. She said she would send what I requested out in 2 days to correct it. 3 days later I called AGAIN as still not done. She then delivered late (after 4) and left flowers with NO CARD. Pictures show what ordered and what received. Still very disappointed in product and service.

I wanted to send my mom a thank you bouquet for hosting my daughter's birthday party. I found her by chance when searching local florists and very quickly put in an online order to try to beat the clock for same day delivery. Loved that I could do an online order as a custom creation, and since I was rushing I just put in a kind of vague request for a "unicorn theme" since I wanted it to match the party theme. Since I was ordering at the last minute, I honestly didn't expect the same day delivery to be able to happen, but I was ok with that and just wanted to thank my mom for being awesome. Jen called me shortly after I ordered. I expected her to tell me that they wouldn't be able to do same day, but to my pleasant surprise, she called to verify the delivery location, make sure she had the message correct on the delivery note, and ask more details on my unicorn request. She was so lovely to talk to and made me even more excited for my custom request as she very excitedly told me she found the perfect "unicorn" vase! The bouquet arrived a couple hours later, with a beautiful vase and gorgeous arrangement perfectly infused with some unicorn magic with sparkles sprinkled around some

I ordered flowers online from another state for my parents' 60th anniversary and Jen's Floral Design delivered a beautiful arrangement. My mom said it was one of the prettiest she's seen, and she has seen many through the years! They also sent an email with a photo of the flowers when they were delivered. Great experience.
